Supporting independant retailers
We have chosen to only support independent family run pet shops. That is why you will never find our products in supermarkets, online only vendors or convenience stores. We are proud to support a network of over 5,000 retailers across 40 countries. We have stuck by these principles for over 20 years.
100% recyclable packaging
We understand the need to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible. Our new bags can be recycled with your carrier bags at your local pet store, supermarket or recycling centre.*

We start our journey at home
We generate our very own zero-emissions solar energy which powers both our UK distribution centre and Symply HQ.
Plus over 80% of our car fleet are electric vehicles - and we’re working to get that to 100%.
Then we take it global!
We work with two amazing global initiatives, the first is The Southern Cardamom Rainforest Project in Cambodia, an amazing organisation that protects tropical rainforests from illegal logging and poaching. This project has saved over 3,000,000 tonnes of carbon emissions every year.
The second is The Kariba Project in Zimbabwe. This community based project supports almost 785,000 hectares of forest and wildlife on the southern shores of Lake Kariba. Home to many vulnerable and endangered species.
