We pride ourselves on a quick and convenient “straight to your door” delivery service. Our next working day service is available to your home or workplace, whichever is most convenient to you. Delivery FAQs:When will I receive my Symply dog food after placing my order?We offer a next working day service for orders placed before 2pm. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. How much is the delivery charge on my order?Delivery for any size order is just £2.95. What happens if I’m not at home when the delivery is made?If no one is at home to take the delivery, our couriers will follow the delivery instructions as requested by the customer. If no delivery instructions are given, the goods will not be left and a calling card will be left for the customer to contact the couriers direct to re-arrange. What happens if I don’t receive my order?If you have not received your order, please call our Customer Services Team on 01494 775222 and we will be pleased to locate your order for you. Where does your delivery service cover?We deliver to all of UK mainland except the Scottish Highlands due to restrictions placed upon us by our courier company.
Can I track my delivery?Yes. When we acknowledge your order, we will provide an invoice number that can be used to track your parcel using the TNT web site. Click here to access the tracking page but you can only track your parcel on the actual day of delivery.
