Why not start a repeat order?
As pet owners, we usually order our pet food and treats on a regular basis. With Canagan’s Repeat Order Service, you can now have your pet's shopping delivered to your door every two, four, or eight weeks.
How do I set up repeat delivery?
Simply browse our site, selecting your pets favourite products. Then pick out your prefered size, quantity and delivery frequency required.
Is our repeat service secure?
Of course, we work alongside Braintree, one of the world's top payment providers who keep all your data secure for all your online orders.
Is my card used to charge future transactions?
We don't use credit card details to bill subsequent Repeat orders. Instead, we use the last transaction information that Braintree stores on our behalf. Not retaining or using your credit card details keeps everything safe.
Can I change my card details for my repeat order?
You can only change your card if it fails to charge on a repeat cycle. The other option is to cancel the current order and set a new one up with your new card details.
Why has my repeat order not been processed?
There are a number of reasons for not being processed. Three of the most common reasons are:
Your card has expired
There are not enough funds against the card to process the order
Your last Repeat order has been cancelled, refunded or partially refunded
Can I cancel my repeat order?
You're welcome to cancel your repeat order anytime by logging into your account via the dashboard. Alternatively, please give us a call on 01494 775 222 and we can help you with this.
Can I change the items each order?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer this feature but we are looking to add this very soon!
