Sometimes shipping can be complicated. We try and keep it super simple.

When will I receive my Symply dog food after placing my order?

We offer a next working day service for orders placed before 2pm. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Deliveries are on working days only and therefore excludes bank holidays.

How much is the delivery charge on my order?

For the UK mainland delivery for any size order is just £2.95 for orders over 2kg and £6.95 for orders 2kg and under. There is a surcharge for Scottish highlands and islands.

What happens if I’m not at home when the delivery is made?

If no one is at home to take the delivery, our couriers will follow the delivery instructions as requested by the customer. If no delivery instructions are given, the goods will not be left and a calling card will be left for the customer to contact the couriers direct to re-arrange.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?

If you have not received your order, please call our Customer Services Team on 01494 775222 and we will be pleased to locate your order for you.

Where does your delivery service cover?

We deliver to all of the UK. There is a delivery surcharge for the Scottish Highlands and parts of the UK that are not classified as mainland.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with details on how to track and trace your order.

What happens if my delivery is damaged?

If your delivery is damaged in any way or items are missing then we need to be informed within 3 working days from the date of delivery by telephone on 01494 775222, any longer than this will result in your claim being rejected.

Unfortunately if you request that the delivery is left without a signature then we cannot be held responsible for any damages or shortages.
